The facilities and amenities at the hotel were fantastic, providing a great experience for adventure travelers. The hammam facility was a standout feature, allowing guests to try the Turkish Bath experience within the hotel. The professional therapists and courteous staff made the hammam therapy session a memorable and relaxing experience. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, offering a glimpse into the day-to-day life of Turkey with its close proximity to local coffee shops and food places.

The hotel also provided regular shuttle rides to Taksim Square, addressing the challenge of the steep street climb. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect as it is very near to Taksim Square and all the worthwhile touristic attractions in this city. The driver, Ayhan, provided excellent service and helped us navigate the area. The hotel facilities were great and the cleanliness was perfect.

The staff at Sheraton were helpful and were really good for me. When I lost my wallet, they assisted me in finding it, which I greatly appreciated. The daily room cleaning and follow-up checks were also a nice touch. The hotel offers a good breakfast, a pleasant atmosphere, and a lounge that is open from 11 am to 11 pm, providing a satisfying experience. the value for money was excellent.

One drawback was that upon arrival, the hotel did not offer any water or welcome drink. Although there are two smoking areas, when I asked for a matchbox, I was told that it was a non-smoking hotel and no matchbox was available.

Breakfast was great, great views, favourable location near city center and Taksim and all worthwhile touristic attractions. The room we had was brand-new and well-kept. The staff was supper friendly, wanted to make our stay excellent! Fairly clean and stylish hotel in European Side district.

I liked the hotel, it was excellent and fairly clean. The rooms were good with a large bed. Amazing location, 15 minutes' walk to Dogancay Museum.

The hotel is located in a calmer area, but still relatively close to all worthwhile touristic attractions. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with new furniture and cozy lighting. The staff is amazing, offering a welcome drink and providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices and the shuttle service to Taksim Square is a great convenience.

The gym was being refurbished during my stay and was not accessible.

The service provided at this hotel is exceptional. From the friendly staff in the restaurant, to the luxurious Spa & wellness centre, this venue provides exclusive amenities that guarantee satisfaction. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, sun loungers and steam room were all of high quality and offered a relaxing experience.

the outdoor swimming pool had some leaves in it that the staff failed to clean up.

Check-in at 3pm, room 532 clean upon arrival, minibar lacks price list and room 212 has no minibar. Limited recommendation of 2 water bottles per room. Concierge monopolizes government taxi ordering, while ordering through reception costs twice as much. Reservation issue resolved with free breakfast.

I recently stayed at Sheraton City Center for a week-long trip with my wife. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. our experience with Ilyada Yilmaz from Guest Relations was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the hotel's location provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The shuttle service to Taqseem every 30 minutes was convenient. The hotel offers great value for the price and I would highly recommend it to all travelers.
